Can't get to chapter 4

I have been through the walkthrough and can not see where I missed anything. But I got back the sheets and made a parachute. I have talked to emily and the two men. Now it wont go to the cut screen or to the next chapter. What do I do now?
Comment:(Jul 7 2008) I have tried doing this part many differetn ways. I can even get the parachute back and if I give her the juice she doesnt say much. SO I dont know I have tried this about 20 ways to try to get moving but it doesnt work.

Which cut scene are you refering to? Did you give Emily the cider? After getting the parachute back from Emily you need to go forward and talk to Blore and Lombard.
