Around where do I find the goat harness?? And I went to the bee hives and tried to use the hurricane lamp, tabacco, matches, and hose but it would not let me..

The harness is where the single goat is... To get him to move fill your bucket with water by the house and then pour it in the trough... He will move and you will be able to go down the path... The harness is in one of the abandoned houses...
As for the bees... You need to combine the lamp and hose... Seperate the tobacco from the pouch... And add the tobacco to the lamp/hose combo then after that add the matches and put it over the bees...
