To get to the under world you need the car GETTHEREAMAZINGLYFAST

Then in vice point, you know the hospital you go to when you die, the shady palms hospital. Look around there and you should find a tiny supermarket, if you get a run up in front of the supermarket while using the cheat come COMEFLYWITHME

Aim for the blue wallpaper in the supermarket, you have to go really fast

Then there will be a glitch, TA-DA

Welcome to the.....UNDERWORLD

Now if you use the defult keys on the key board you can fly any where in the underworld, numpad: 6 is to goUP, NUM PAD: 9 is the go down now to get out of the under world flydown and you will teleport above ^^^^
