How to Save your Game

Nobody Saves the World is an open world action RPG that will have you unlocking various character Forms and jumping between them as you progress through the game. What is not made clear however is how you save the game to avoid losing progress. This How to Save your Game guide will tell you how you retain your progress as you play.

One of the first things you will be wondering when you play Nobody Saves the World is how to save the game as there is no 'save game' or 'save and quit' option in the menu. There is a save system in place however and in order to trigger it you need to walk close enough to a purple stone monolith (top left corner of the screenshot above), these are dotted around the world and unlike other games you do not have to interact with them, you simply have to walk close enough to them so that they glow and make a slight noise.

These glowing purple stone monoliths that act as save points are generously scattered around the world of Nobody Saves the World, you will find one outside each of the many dungeons in the game. There is no need to worry about losing your progress as you will never be more than a couple of minutes away from one. This basically means when you want to save your game and quit playing you just need to find the nearest purple stone monolith and get close enough to it to so that it begins to glow and triggers the sound that confirms you have saved your game. When you next load up your game you will be right where you left off.
