It's easy. Just press R then X and the direction of where you want to throw him. NOTE: If his head and his body are both already red, you can just easily throw them out. But if not, the n you should go near them while standing and press circle then press any button repeat and fast. NOTE (again): You cannot throw out someone in one try if one opponent does not help you.
