I CAN NOT EVICT MY ROOMATE! Ihave tried leaving the house and using my SimPhone and click on my roomate but all it says is...chat and invite to... I have also tried insulting him but even after I click divorce... Theres no ask to leave button! I know this should work, for I've evicted someone using my simphone and insulting them. Please help me!

If not, on the sim Phone it should give you the option to evict them.
You DO NOT have to marry somebody else to evict the first person (you cannot do that anyway).

You need to go into your Simphone. Tap on the person you want to evict just like you were going to call them for a chat. There should be an option under 'invite to...' and it should say 'Evict' Hope this helps! :D

Oh, I understand. I've been through the same thing. What you have to do is propose to someone else. Then, it should say something like "You're sim isn't comfortable with another sim in the house. Evict him/her fist"
Go to him/her and constantly press the insult button. After a while, a button should pop up that says DIVORCE or BREAKUP. Click on it. If it doesn't work, keep trying and press it each time it pops up. But you have to make sure that on their little attitude meter that it says ENEMY.
