Question for The Sims 3

I have Sims 3 Ds. I've been trying for quite some time to make a woohoo, making my married couple relax, and looking for the cuddle button, but I can't seem to find it! I've heard that since the game is rated E for Everyone, you can't make a woohoo, but that you could go to a game store and "update" it to teen. Is this true? Does it actually work?

For one they don't make a sims 3 for the ds t teens it's only e for everyone I went to amazon and looked it up.
And to woo hoo with someone you have to buy furniture that says not intended if you have children or pets in the home like I just bought a love seat for my sim and here is what it said in the description.
It's called the match maker and it's says in the description it says dances have long been known for two things fine furniture and fiery passions and when the two collide the result is the matchmaker capable of warming up even the most frigid prude this loveseat is not recommeded for homes with pets or children
