Hi everyone, I've built a big house and I was wondering a)can you have an upstairs? And b) how I can fill the house with more than the object bar will let me? I have only filled 2 rooms and havent even put out much stuff but the object bar is full...

I built a house 
you have to get enought money to buy a lot then you just build up from there! I have no idea if you can make it a 2 story :'(
