Hey, I've heard that you can! All you have to do is marry someone male/female depending on your gender. Get them into bed together on relax and use the male sim to click the female and select 'woohoo' and then select 'try for baby' not sure if it works but have heard it does!!!

I do not think that you can because I'm having a hard time getting them to be in the same bed together. I know that the reason being is that the nintendo ds is more focused and toward children, so EA or whoever made sims for NDS won't allow sections that are more for teens in a game for children. And, not only NDS but most handheld gaming devices are usually toward the children audience, so I don't think you have much luck making a child.
