Well, there's a bar and when the green went all the way up you get one. It depends on how hard you work

You just have to work hard and I think it helps if your sim is in a good mood. It can take 1 day to happen or it can sometimes take a bit longer but it doesn't take very long.

There is acutually a cheat to help if you get the pause hold down all four of the buttons on the back of you're controller then go to micsillanious decor in build and buy I get the llama them when you're Sims at work hold my than click on there work click force event and that increase your work reputation but if you do it on The medical career you get fired for some reason
