Question for The Sims 3
Can anyone tell me how to delete an item pls ?? Everytime I try it says "cannot delete item in use" , even when I get sim to turn off it still wont let me delete or put in storage!!!

Try creating a new profile and this time make quite a lot of space around your items so no glitches can happen, or, try standing very far away and moving your item in to a very spacious zone if you can, try that, if not, tell your parents or find the reciept and ask for a new one as your game might be glitched up.

Thats what is happening to me I have a sink in my back yard a tv in my bathroom and a stereo in my library...:(

I discovered this problem - turned out the item had to be "repaired" before I could do anything with it. You might try that and see if it works. Hope this helps!

Depending on what the item is, like a stereo, you might have upgraded it to have house speakers and you can't delete it after ward
