You can evict them by going leave lot then go on the sim phone and then on to the relationships button and find the husband.Then click on them and a button will say evict.You can only evict people if the sim you are playing with you made it not the people already on the game.If you haven't insulted or hurt the person then he will be happy but if you just hate the husband you can break up with him using insults when you socialize and a button comes up saying break up then you will be divorced.

In order to evict somebody (I believe), you must argue with them enough times to get the option. Meaning, no. You'd have to get a divorce and you would hate each other. But what you can do is, before you evict them, have them do a lot of Ammorous actions, which can make them a Romantic Intrest, which is just like being married but you don't share the same money.

I have tried yours and many other different answers by varies people. None of them work for me I have a character for sims 3 on ds. It has a room mate but wants to get married. It is saying it is not comfortable with the house mate around and to evict them if they want to get married. if you want to evict a sim you just have to go out side, get the news papper, press move. then two choses will show up, move, moving is when you move all of your sims. then there is a button yhat says evict. but, be carful. make sure that your using the person you want to evict. then when you evict them they will leave th household. if both sims are married they will devorce when you evict them.

this is what i did, i went out into town. then i went into my simphone and went into my friends list then i found the person i wanted to get rid of and next to him was the word evict and i tapped it and it said alex goth is moving out the game will now save. but they have to be at home so you will have to take away there free will in the start menu i hoped i helped best of luck.

Umm hi to evict your sim you or the person u want to evict can go to the dance club.Be the person you created and go to ur sim phone.Click on there name and the word evict will come up.Press that and ur spouse will be living in his old house.Then you can let someone else move in.!!!!!!!!!

maybe you had no money and all the money you had was maybe all of him and he took them...but it isnt fair my name in the sims 3 is tweety crozz and i dated alex goth onse and i had 9000$ and he took all of it, im a realy rich person in the sims i got a huge house lotts of money i get payed 1673$ per day when i go to work and now i onley get bf's because when you get married the guy move's in and doesnt get out but when he does he go's with my stuff

Ok first you go out of your house
Second you go to you phone
Third you go to love interest
Forth you press your husband/wife
Fifth press the phone and it should say evict ( this is for ds and you have no money if ur husband/wife is rich )

Ahh if you marry someone rich like a ladgraab (malcom or bambi) or alex goth you get loads of money use all of it before you divorce (to divorce insult 3 times then it will come up)if you divorce before u use their money they will just take it.Important note: these are all married so you have to make them trust you before you try anything or they will be creeped out,then you ask them to leave partner if they say no just do friendly for a while then ask him again he will eventually say yes
