I was wanting to know how to defeat sandman because I keep on getting killed by him or the fans that is on top of the ceiling?!

To kill Sandman break the sand walls and turn on the water and keep doing the same thing until you reach the part that has the fan. To temporarily stop the fan, spray it with webs, climb up, and turn the the final water value. That should kill Sandman.
P.s There are health items on the ceiling.
