How do I catch a shiny zekrom?
I put in the code to have all Pokemon shiny and proceed in the game to catch the main zekrom, only issue is that it freezes up whenever I encounter it. I'm wondering what the problem is caused by and what is needed to fix it.

Pokémon Black, White, Black 2, and White 2 actually prevent shiny legendary Pokémon from being caught, so that probably caused the crash.
