Like any other shiny pokemon. Keep fighting Audino until one is shiny, breed Audino until you get a shiny Audino, trade for one. Shiny Pokemon are very rare, there is a 1 in 8192 chance of finding or hatching one.

To improve your odds breed an Audino with anything in it's Egg Group and have each parents from different countries (US and Japan, UK and Australia...). You should breed a male Audino with a Ditto (where one is caught in your game/a game from your country and the other is foreign) or a female Audino with anything in the Fairy Egg Group (again, each Pokemon has to be from a different country). This is called the Masuda Method and increases the chances of hatching a shiny Pokemon to 1 in 1639. This does, however, require the use of the GTS or an expensive vacation.

Keep fighting them until you run into a shiny one.

They will be harder to catch and will shine.

Good Luck!
