Where do you find N after you beat the game and find the 7 sages? Looker the cop says that he is far far away but where is that place?

It's not possible to find N after you have defeated him and Ghetsis in N's Castle. It just isn't possible.

Once N leaves, he is gone. There is no way to find him again. Likewise, Ghetis also disappears after defeating him in N's Castle. Both are impossible to find afterwards. They may reappear in Black 2 and White 2, but those are different games.

Once you have defeated N and Ghetsis, you can not find N anywhere else in the game. That battle was the last time you will see him on your Pokemon White game.
