All you must do is continue to Level-Up Dragonair. Dragonair evolves into Dragonite at Level 55.

You level up dragonair to lvl 65, it's highest evolve level sharing it with Metagross, very powerful Pokemon, if it's not 65 it's 55, hope I helped
