Hey every one I play Pokemon white a lot and I'm at the elite four I need a zora and lucario anybody know where to find one

To get "zora" you have to do an event and get a special shiny raikou then talk to the girl in the GAME FREAK lobby. To get lucario, you have to transfer it from Pokemon pearl, diamond, or platnum.

I only breed zorua but you can find riolu (evolves into lucario)in challenger's cave on route 9
