For you to trigger the Zoroark Event you need to have gotten one of the event Legendary dogs. A shiny Suicune, Raikou, or Entei, that were given away over wifi or gotten at Gamestop. The Legendary dogs were given to people with the Gen 4 games and you had to transfer the event Legends over to the Gen 5 games. Anyway basically Zoroark won't show up unless you have one of the three event shiny Legendary Dogs. If you go here to the Pokemon Trading Forum you might be able to find a shop where someone is trading the Event Dogs. If not you can make a new topic and request a trade that way.

You MUST send the dogs through the Relocator, NOT the Poketransfer.

That's an easy one.You need the shiny Raikou,Entei,and Suicine.Then go to lostlorn forest and talk to the lady.She will attack you, so you don't have to bring strong Pokemon.it's only level 25 or something.I caught it using a quick ball.Good LUck.
