A complete question would be easier to answer. I'm going to go out on a limb here...
You can't trade Pokemon from Pokemon White to Pokemon Platinum. Pokemon White is a Fifth Generation Game and Pokemon Platinum is a Fourth Generation Game, making it impossible to trade Pokemon from Pokemon White to Pokemon Platinum. However, you can Poke Transfer Pokemon from Pokemon Platinum to Pokemon White. Poke Transfer requires two DSs. After you transfer Pokemon, you can save and use these Pokemon.
