Sandile can be found on Route 4. It's pretty common, so it shouldn't take too long to find one.
Joltik can be found in Chargestone Cave. It's pretty common, so it shouldn't take too long to find one.

OK so Sandile can be caught on Route 4. It is common so you should find it pretty quickly. Its evolutions are awesome, good choice.
Joltik is found dwelling in Chargestone Cave. Again, a common creature, shouldn't take long to find. Evolves into Galvantula, another awesome choice.
