Not bad, but it could use some improvement. First thing I see is that your Lucario is running a mixed set, which isn't a great idea. You should either make him all physical, or all special.

Lucario: Special

Ability: Inner Focus
Nature: Timid
Item: Life Orb/Choice Specs/Focus Sash
EV's: 252 Sp. Atk, 252 Spd.
Moves:

Aura Sphere
Psychic
Dragon Pulse
Water Pulse

Aura Sphere is a powerful STAB move, and unlike Focus Blast, it never misses. Psychic lets you hit opposing Fighting types hard, and Water Pulse stops the Ground and Fire types Lucario dislikes so much. Dragon Pulse finishes the set off with some nice coverage, allowing you to hit Pokemon like Kingdra, which is a major threat to your team.

Lucario: Physical

Ability: Inner Focus
Nature: Adamant/Jolly
Item: Life Orb/Focus Sash
EV's: 252 Atk, 252 Spd.
Moves:

Close Combat
Bullet Punch/Extremespeed
Stone Edge
Swords Dance

Your physical Lucario will make heavy use of Close Combat, which is another powerful STAB move preferable over Focus Blast, due to it having the same Base Power, but far better accuracy. You also have access to priority moves with physical Lucario, having STAB Bullet Punch, or non-STAB Extremespeed. Extremespeed has 80 BP, instead of Bullet Punch's 40, but it is resisted by Rock and and Steel types. However, those types are hit super-effectively by Close Combat, making Extremespeed more valuable. Stone Edge lets you hit Flying and Fire type Pokemon, but it's real use is that it lets you hit Salamence and Dragonite super-effectively, Pokemon that would otherwise put an end to your Lucario's rampage. Finally, Swords Dance is a staple on any Physical Lucario, as it boosts his Attack stat to massive levels.

Your Alakazam isn't bad, but it could also use some work. Magic Guard is his best Ability, and he simply doesn't have enough bulk to make effective use of Recover. Here's my recommendation.

Alakazam:

Ability: Magic Guard
Nature: Timid
Item: Life Orb
EV's: 252 Sp. Atk, 252 Spd.
Moves:

Psychic/Psyshock
Energy Ball
Focus Blast
Shadow Ball

With your Magic Guard Ability, you get the normal 30% to your attacks from the Life Orb, but you don't have to deal with it taking 10% of your HP with every hit. Psychic is a very good STAB move, but Psyshock gives Alakazam a key advantage: Blissey can't wall him. Since Psyshock calculates damage using your opponents Defense, instead of their Sp. Def, Blissey will lose most of her health to a single blow. Add to that Alakazam's immunity to poison damage, and all Blissey can do is use Seismic Toss, and even that's not a problem as Alakazam can 2HKO her. Energy Ball gives you coverage against Ground, Rock, and Water types, and gives you the ability to hit Swampert and Quagsire for massive damage without switching. Shadow Ball lets you hit opposing Psychic and Ghost types, giving you some necessary coverage. Finally, Focus Blast lets you hit Dark and Steel types, eliminating the threat of Ferrothorn.

Your Gengar doesn't look to great to me, honestly. Having Dark Pulse and Shadow Ball is pointless, as the both hit Ghost and Psychic types super-effectively, and are resisted by the same types as each other. The only differences are that Shadow Ball gets STAB, and Dark Pulse can hit Normal types. You also waste move slots on Hypnosis and Dream Eater, which further hampers him. Here's my recommendation.

Gengar:

Ability: Levitate
Nature: Timid
Item: Choice Specs/Life Orb
EV's: 252 Sp. Atk, 252 Spd.
Moves:

Shadow Ball
Thunderbolt
Focus Blast
Energy Ball/Psychic/Sludge Bomb

Shadow Ball provides you with an excellent STAB move, allowing you to hit Ghost, and Psychic types hard. Thunderbolt provides coverage, allowing you to hit Tentacruel, Skarmory, and Braviary/Staraptor hard, as well as Politoed, who is a common Rain lead. Focus Blast allows you to hit the likes of Ferrothorn, Stoutland, and Tyranitar to put them down for a bit. Lastly, Energy Ball can let you hit Swampert and Quagsire, or you could switch it for Psychic, which lets you hit Poison and Fighting types, though I don't like it personally. Or, you could go with Sludge Bomb, giving you a second STAB move, though at the cost of coverage. I don't recommend this at all.

Your Dragonite appears to be utterly useless, I'm sorry to say. Fly is practically the worst move in history, Ice Beam will be doing very little damage to anything you might be using it against, due to the fact that it's a Special move on what appears to be a physical D-Nite, and Earthquake serves no purpose at all. Dragon Claw should stay though. My recommendation:

Dragonite:

Item: Leftovers
Nature: Jolly
Ability: Multiscale
EV's: 252 HP, 212 Spd, 44 Attack.
Moves:

Dragon Dance
Roost
Dragon Claw
Fire Punch

This is the bulky D-Nite I posted on the other team. Boost with D-Dance, Roost any major damage, then hit hard with Dragon Claw and Fire Punch.

T-Tar's presence here bothers me. His moveset is less than desirable, and your team is not built for the Sandstorm he brings in. Personally, I would replace him with a more defensive Poke, like Ferrothorn or Jellicent. However, if you truly wish to keep him, here's a moveset that I think would serve you better.

Tyranitar

Ability: Unnerve, if possible. Otherwise Sand Stream.
Nature: Adamant/Jolly
Item: Leftovers/Life Orb
EV's: 80 Atk, 252 Def, 176 Spd.
Moves:

Dragon Dance
Stone Edge
Fire Punch
Crunch

Boost with Dragon Dance, then use your STAB Stone Edge and STAB Crunch to deal out major damage. Fire Punch allows you to hit Ferrothorn, who may try to Leech Seed you, or simply go for a super-effective Gyro Ball or Power Whip.

Finally, we shall look at Scizor, your last Pokemon. He too could use some work, though you have a good start.

Scizor:

Ability: Technician
Nature: Adamant/Jolly
Item: Leftovers
EV's: 252 HP, 176 Def, 80 Atk.
Moves:

Swords Dance
Bullet Punch
Bug Bite/you-Turn
Superpower/Roost

This Scizor has not only a respectable 280 Defense, but an excellent 347 unboosted Attack stat with an Adamant Nature. A single Swords Dance will boost this to over 600 Attack, allowing for some quick KO's. Bullet Punch gets a nice STAB boost, along with the Technician boost. In addition, it has priority, so you can hit Pokemon faster than you before they can hit you. Bug Bite has a huge amount of power behind it after the Technician boost, easily outclassing X-Scissor. Or you could go with you-Turn to scout your opponents team out a bit. Superpower will do more damage to Fighting types than the other moves, and allows Scizor to hit Steel types such as Aggron, Heatran, Ferrothorn, but it comes at the cost of lowering your Attack and Defense stats by one stage each. This starts to stack pretty quickly. An alternative to this is Roost, which will heal you by 50% of your max health, and can be a life saver at times.

All in all, I would give this team a 5/10 as it is now. Hope I help you in some fashion.

Your team seams unbalanced. You have a lot of repeat moves. Also, be careful of what offensive stat is highest for each pokmon. As is, I would say 8/10 if legitimate.

If you can get an Abra through the dream world it would make your team awesome, you Alakazam would have Magic Guard which is arguably the best ability.

Your team looks solid. Just a tip that Focus Blast hasn't got great accuracy, so consider changing it. Otherwise, it is a good team.

Its very good but if you have to battle against a Pokemon who is both flying and rock, you will have a tougher time but on second thought you have iron tail, so go for it

From what I see, a Water-type team could defeat yours. Try using more of a variety of types. Also, you have moves that two or more of your Pokémon know. Try to stay away from that because you won't have a variety of moves.

Rating for this team: 6/10

I see your point, but a Water-type team alone couldn't stop them.

I'm a bit confused as to why a water type poses a threat... All but Tyranitar should havce no problem two hitting or even one hitting a water type. So unless I'm mistaken shouldn't water pose no threat?

Kingdra is the only Water type that I can think of as a major threat to this team. After a single Dragon Dance though, he would be able to hit Lucario, Scizor, and Tyranitar with Waterfall for massive damage. Gengar wouldn't have much of a chance to stop him either, nor would Alakazam. After they fall, he can simply use Outrage on Dragonite, and the team is done, especially since Dragonite is lacking Multiscale.

Its not the kind of team I would typically have. Its not terrible, but the problem I see with it is if someone has a fire, water, and dark it could be a rough battle. Cause with the Dragonite and Tyranitar a water type Pokemon (if knows an ice type move which I teach all my water Pokemon at least one)can be taken out. With Scizor and Lucario a good fire type will take them out. And with Alakazam and Gengar, a dark type move will just knock them out. And again not all people keep those three Pokemon in there team, I just know typically my team has a Water/Ground, Fire, Elecrtic, Dark, Dragon/Flying, and a random type depending on what I am training at the type...If you come across someone with that kind of team it could pose a threat.
