How do you get past Team Plasma in Pinwheel Forest?

As you go through Pinwheel Forest, you must face each Team Plasma Member. At the end of Pinwheel Forest will be the last Team Plasma Member. If you defeat him, he will give you the Dragon Bone. Team Plasma will then leave Pinwheel Forest.

The last Team Plasma Grunt will give you the Dragon Skull after you defeat him, and then Ghetsis will show up saying that Team Plasma can afford to lose the Dragon Skull, but they cannot fail again. Now Team Plasma will not come back into Pinwheel Forest, or Nacrene City again, and you are free to exit.
