It sounds like you've lost to Ghetis and you are having trouble rebattling him. If you are in the castle, just head to the throne room. If you are not in the castle, return to the entrance of elite 4 and speak with the grunts in the building to the left. If none of this works, then I can only assume you've damaged your save file through hacking, and you must restart the game.

Go in the pokecenter and talk to the team plasma grant and press yes
