Question for Pokemon White
Hi! I have a problem...see, I want to get a milotic on Pokemon White and have no scale (the item you need) because I gave it to an other Pokemon and linked it!! Is there any other way to get milotic??? I heard that you have to win the Pokemon musical or something and I won every 4 categories!! What should I dooo?????

You would need to get a Milotic in a third or fourth generation game and then migrate it to your fifth generation game. You can also trade for a Beauty Scale. Please note: There is no way to increase Feebas' beauty in Black/White, so the only way to evolve it in Black/White is the Beauty Scale.
There are two Beauty Scales in the game. One is on Route 13, and the other is in Undella Town.
