No it isn't. You have two pure water types and two fire types. Without knowing what type you made Arceus, I would give your team a 1/10 if Arceus' type is dark/flying/fighting, a 0/10 if Arceus' type is fire/water, and you get a 2/10 if Arceus's type is anything else.

It seems like a bad team- with two water Pokemon, and two fire Pokemon, for it to be any good at all (in online play at least, nothing in the regular game is really hard to beat at all), then they would all have to have near perfect, if not perfect IV's, a very good moveset for excellent coverage, perfect natures, and a good hold item for whatever their role is. Overall, if you're looking for suggestions, I'd say you should get more variety of type in the team, maybe taking out feraligatr and charizard/blaziken out in favor of better typing coverage, such as dragon or ghost Pokemon, and you should take out umbreon for a stronger dark-type Pokemon, like Zoroark, unless umbreon is meant to be a special wall, in which case you should switch it to blissey, as blissey has the highest HP and the 11th highest special defence, whereas umbreon doesn't have the highest HP (obviously), making it more vulnerable to attack, and only has the 14th highest special defence.

Your team is ok I have lvl 100 raichu lvl 100 charzard, lvl 100 blastoise, lvl 100 venusaur, lvl 100 snorlax and lvl 100 rhyperior all shiny

Your team would be something to brag about if 1:they were all from Pokemon white,which they are not,2:you didn't cheat for arceus but because it's been some time since you could actually get arceus honestly I doubt that(unless you are from america or japan then thats different)and 3:you actually took time to look at all your options about strategy and tactics and not just build a team based on some misguided sense of strength and power.
Because your team is mostly comprised of water/fire types I could easily defeat most of them with a grass/ground type but ofcourse I would either equip a quick claw or bright powder to deal with speed issues.
