Question for Pokemon White
I hacked my game to catch a ninjask lvl 1. I used rare candies to get it to level 80, then started EV training. I fought 20 lvl 1 ninjask, and it's speed went up by 4. I know it's not done EV training since the girl in opelucid(I think) said it needs to try harder

Where's your question? A Pokemon can have over 500 evs, but only half that in one stat.
