How do I get Volcarona when I accidentally defeated it in the Relic Castle?I already have the Larvesta egg but I want the level 71 Volcarona

Well, since you defeated it, the only way to get one is by evolving Larvesta.

Train up your Larvesta. My Larvesta evolved and is now level 64.
You may be able to re-fight the Volcarona if you beat the elite 4 and Alder. Some games respawn legendaries (and by extension other one off Pokemon) after viewing the credits.

I accidentally one hit him after elite 4 with my lvl 54, he was lvl 70. .-. So I have to train the Larvesta now?

It does respawn. I defeated mine, and a few months later I was in there looking for claydol, and it was back, level seventy and still awsome as hell.
