How do I get to sinnooh from Pokemon white version? I heard something about Mistralion citys cargo planes but I can't figure it out :/

You're not able to go to the Sinnoh Region in Black and/or White.

You have to lick your game. The physical game itself. Then switch it with either Diamond, Pearl, or Platinum Version. If you insist, you could do this on a plane.
