How do you evolve woobat?

how can i make my woobat happy. its a lvl 44 and it still hasnt evolved could someone tell me how i can possibly make my woobat happy

give your woobat a soothe bell and level it up a couple times, and keep woobat from fainting. give him potions!

give it protein,carbos,iron etc till it wont take anymore, also give it dayly massages. If you have a rare candy after every massage save the game and use it to see if he will level up yet, if not just continue daily massages, i sold my sooth bell so i have to work to make my happiness pokemon evole

My woobat is happy but does it have to be a surtent level like when your trying to evolve a bunnery to a loupunny?

My woobat is on level 40 and it has not evolve so what shod I do.

don`t u get worried in nacerene city where you will trade cottone , in same house a girl will tell ur first pokemon is how much happy being with you , if u are going to catch a wild one , better to use luxury ball , giving soothe bell is also helps you , give it a regular massage in castelia massage woman will be in subsequent line of pk centre and mostly avoid herbs and only give potions , berries etc ,. it wil surely evolve if u do so ,, as mine has evolved i caught one in victory road just for completion of pokedex it is in 40 and it evolved at 46 lv
