Personally, I believe it is Earthquake. Earthquake has a base damage of 100; as it's accuracy is also 100. Earthquake doesn't cause any stat decreases; it doesn't hurt your Pokemon for using it. Earthquake even does x2 the damage if the opponet's Pokemon is underground.

There are lots of very powerful moves, but it's hard to pick a "best one" among them. Victini's signature move, searing shot, is just as powerful as earthquake, and so are Fusion Flare and Fusion Bolt, the signature moves of Reshiram and Zekrom, respectively. I also would think Earthquake is the best move, with 5 advantages, a PP value of 10, and a strength and accuracy of 100. The other moves I mentioned have PP values of 5, and they don't have as many advantages as earthquake. If you have Earthquake and rock slide taught to any Pokemon, then you can normally damage any type of Pokemon except Torterra or a Bronzor/Bronzong with levitate.

Personally, I don't know but the top 3 would be Earthquake (TM found in relic castle), Stone Edge (TM found at Challenger's Cave), and Bolt Strike.

It also depends on the Pokemon's attack level as well, and their accuracy also and good speed. So there are some good tips, hope this helps.

Leech Seed. It heals you while hurting your opponent every turn. If you couple leech seed with poisoning/burning you could destroy the opponent without actually attacking. Couple with aqua ring/ingrain, and possibly detect/protect and your Pokemon will be near impossible to beat.

Lock on comboed with any ko move.. Two moves the opponents down.. Just have a high defense and you don't have to worry about attack stats at all

Try Water pledge and Fire pledge.On the same turn,when fire pledge and water pledge is used together,both of the moves become stronger and it lowers on of the stats AND it creates a rainbow.same with water pledge and grass pledge but instead of a rainbow forming,a swamp forms

I think it's v-create, considering it has 180 base attack.

I'd say that either toxic, baton pass or surf are the best because baton pass can carry stat increases (like ninjask w/ speed boost and swords dance), toxic has a good accuracy of 90 and cripples tanks like suicune and forretress to death, and a STAB Surf on a starmie is all you need for a sweep.

There is no such thing as a best move. Simply because of the STAB mechanics a Pokemon should always pack a STAB move according to it's typing. Kompetitive players consider stealth rock to be the best overall move in the game though. And by the way. Never ever consider using shit moves like hyper beam, giga impact and the 3 other recharge moves. They suck

I think that all moves are good if you use them right,so I will say the best for each type.
Fire: Flamethrower or Eruption
Grass:Leaf Blade
Water:Surf
Flying: Air cutter
Rock:Stone Edge
Ground:Earthquake
Steel:Iron tail
Ghost:Shadow Ball (I like to spam these) and Curse
Dark:Dark Pulse
Electric:Thunder
Normal:Super Fang or Tri Attack o Body Slam
Ice: Ice Beam
Bug: IDK (it's the only type I hate) but I guess X-scissor
Poison:Toxic or Sludge Bomb
Physcic: Physcic
Dragon: Dragon Claw or Rush (Sorry Draco Meteor not today)
Now to the real question
FAV Pokemon? Mine is either Bellosom or Gengar or Electrode or Dragonite or Garchomp etc.

Its not earthquake cus there are stronger moves like hyper beam and giga impact and one hit ko moves so the best moves are one hit kos

I think it's V-Create Victini's signature move (answer #2 was wrong it is not Searing shot) because it has a super powerful 180 power and 100 accuracy so it and I've beat Pokemon ten lvls higher than me with it!
