You can do a few things:
1. Battle the Elite Four, but this time face Alder.
2. Catch the Legendary Pokemon.
3. Train your Pokemon.

Finish the national Pokedex
Beat the elite four for a second time
Battle Subway
The last of the legendaries
And whatever else you chose to do to have fun after that

You can go to the elite four and battle them again but they'll have 6 Pokemon each I think and higher leveld pokermom but face alder instead then catch the legendaries and then catch all 646 Pokemon and then it's free style and do what ever you want
