Nope. The only thing that increases the chance of hatching a Shiny is putting two Pokemon in the Daycare that have two different Nationalities, such as an American Chandelure with a Japanese Ditto.

but im going to try and make my shiny hold the shiny stone and a jap. pokemon and see if i get one that way (i tryed it the other way around and it didnt work)
