You go to the nacarena gym. There, you go left to that one worker, talk to them, and they will give you a pokemon. Make sure you have an emty space in your party

Go to Nacerine city, walk into the Museum in the upper part of the town, take your fossil to the worker on the right of you when you walk in, offer the skull fossil to be extracted to a Pokemon, leave and come back in with an empty space in your party, talk to the same person and you will recive your Cranidos.
