-Cold storage, south of Driftveil City.
-Relic Castle, there is another room right from where you received the orb.
-Route 14
-Route 18, up the waterfall.
-Chargestone cave
-Dreamyard

One is at the cold storage. Another is at Chargestone cave. Another sage is on route 15 (I think) above the water falls outside the shrine. One is at the route near Nuvema - the one where you hve to use surf. I can't remember where everyone else is. Go onto Seribii. Hope this helps!
