How and where do you make a trainer card I always hear people talking about them but I've never seen one or had one can someone plz tell me

So first you press y on your the or dsi or dsixl and a thing will pop up.you will see 6 things. The one that that has your name or your charters name is your trainer card

Have you not looked at the pause menu in any Pokemon game ever? You start with a trainer card. You can change the color of the card by completing certain tasks (beat elite 4, collect every musical prop...).
