Sorry no way to multiply master balls beside action replay I think it kinda sucks that you can't trade or transfer items to black or white, oh well guess they got tired of us cheating.

You can basically multiply just you need two Pokemon whites or black
Because after the 8th gym guy professor juniper gives you a master ball so save before that then give a bad Pokemon a master ball to hold then trade it then turn off the game and repeat

P.S: NO MATTER WHAT DO NOT SAVE WHEN YOUR TALKING TO THE LADY AT THE UNION ROOM OR YOU HAVE TO RESTART GAME FOR THIS
