On the northern part of Route 13 is an area called Giant Chasm. There is a cave you can enter here. Go inside, and follow the left path going clockwise. When you get to the water, Surf over it and go left when you can, or follow the path beside it. Go down the stairs and exit the cave. Now, go around until you can find a dried-up pond. Go up to it, and the area will suddenly freeze over. Go up from where you're at, and you'll find another cave. Go into this cave to find Kyurem.

Firstgo to the giant chasm then go clockwise until yourun into a place where you seea ledge that you can jump off (it is a thin path) then search around until you see a big crater approach it then the chasm will freeeze go up then into a cave kyurem will be there carefull it is at levev 70
