This is to my other quesion, if you can not find one will you at least make one please.My sister needs it really bad she accidentally named it josh(she is three....)

Hello, sorry if this doesn't help but if you are talking about the name rater he is in Castelia City if so I have posted links below.
He's in the building on the left on the first floor on the road that leads to Route 4 in Castelia city. Past the fountain square.
