As in the two major legendaries? Zekrom is from this one, and you'll find it in N's castle. To get to the castle though, you'll need to first defeat the Elite 4. Thundurus is also a version specific for this game. You can find it Roaming in Routes 5, 6, 16, 15, 14 (Morning), Roaming in Routes 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13 (Evening).

There are a few Legendary Pokemon in White:
Zekrom - N's Castle
Victini - Liberty Island (Liberty Pass)
Thundurus - After you see it on Route 7, it will roam throughout the Region.
Cobalion - Mistralton Cave
Terrakion - Victory Road
Virizion - Pinwheel Forest
Landorus - Abundant Shrine (Must have both Thundurus and Tornadus)
Kyurem - Giant Chasm

Thanks for the help man and let me tell you that you completely forgot one.
Volcarona a Lv. 70 Pokemon Bug and Fire type and it is found at the Relic Castle.

actually volcarona is not a legendary but does act like one with the scenery/thundurous will flee after one turn like entei and raikou did in heartgold and soulsilver
