To Find the Castelia Gym Leader you need to visit the gym which is all the way over on the last street from where you exit coming off of the bridge, once you get to the gym and are about to go in you are stop by Cheren and the Gym leader comes out right behind him, you soon side track a little bit dealing with team Plasma, after all of that head back to the Gym and the Gyma Leader should in in the gym waiting for you to challenge them.

Well the gym is on the very last street. As you are about to go in the gym he'll run out. Hes gone down to one of the docks there. Follow him and there will be a little scene and the a Plasma grunt will show up. After that he'll run off again and be at the building in front of the gym. Here you'll have to battle Team Plasma. When thats all said and done the gym leader will return to the gym where you can battle him.

Try 2 enter the gym then he pops out and follow him an beat up the plasma's (their king is N)
