Inside the egg is a Pokemon called Larvesta. Its a Bug/ Fire type Pokemon. When it hatches it'll know the moves Ember and String Shot.

it evolve into volcarona which you can get when you beat the game and go to relic castle and talk to the sage then go inside room and you see the pokemon fly waiting for youu to ctch it!

Why does it have to be a larvesta I mean why couldn't it be an axew or better the starter pokemon that is good against the one you chose (if that was the case mine would be oshawott)

Larvesta is known as a semi legendary pokemon, so it is a pretty good deal

Larvesta, a fire/bug type that you can only get via this egg. At level 59 it'll evolve into Volcarona. Volcarona. An be caught at relic castle lowest chamber. Hope this helps.

The Pokemon that hatches from the mysterious egg you receive on route 18, is Larvesta. It's a fire/bug type Pokemon and it's ability is Flame Body so that helps speed up the hatching of other Pokemon.

Larvesta, a bug fire type that sucks hard but at level 59 it becomes Volcarona who, with Quiver Dance, Bug Buzz, Fiery Dance, Flamethrower or Fire Blast and Hidden Power (Ground Type) will probably become one of your greatest assets.
