I'm sorry, but no. The only way to receive an Eevee in this game is through trade. It's not available through capture in the wild.

pokemon.com actually has a game right now in which you acquire one of his evos, flareon, vaporeon, etc.. etc.. just by playing anda beating the game "befriend a pokemon" on their website. after that you can breed t with ditto and get a eevee.. once you link it with the dreamworld

If you have a computer download a app called Pokemon generator ot PKMDS and then create your Pokemon and than send it over to your ds or dsi and the only way to obtain the Pokemon is to have wifi and you will be able to eventually receive your pokemon

You can find one at white forest in an egg. The evee in the egg is special it's lvl 5

Who got eevee in Pokemon white version? To get her have another type of Pokemon but I do not remember which version it is but if you have it you can trade eevee from the version to white version simple so bye!

To get one you need to have a black and/or a friend's ds. Or use you friends. First go to entralink. Second, walk on the bridge. Third, wait until you can cross then cross. Then tap the
Place where white forest would be on your map. Then keep talking to people. Then the person who makes eevee show up should be there unless someone else took him already.
