Can you get an explorer kit in this game?I realy want to find some fossels.

No. The Explorer's Kit is only available in the three Sinnoh games.
To get fossils in HG and SS you must use Rock Smash on the various smashable rocks. The possible items you can get vary from location to location.

It is not possible under any circumstances to obtain the Explorer kit in Pokémon SoulSilver Version. You can only get the Key Item in Pokémon Diamond Version, Pokémon Pearl Version or Pokémon Platinum Version.
