Shiny Pokemon can be hatched from eggs without cheat codes. They have the same chance of hatching as they do appearing in the wild. If you use the Masuda Method for breeding, the chances are improved greatly (maybe 4x greater chance).

Yes, Shiny Pokemon can hatch from Eggs without Cheat Codes. Actually, most people try to hatch Shiny Pokemon instead of finding them in the Wild. The Masuda Method makes hatching a Shiny Pokemon a lot easier than finding one in the Wild.
