Hey guys how can I get a Shiny Pokémon and I know that Usually, the chances of finding/hatching a shiny Pokemon are 1/8192, but using the Masuda Method, you raise the chances 4X to 1/2048. And I can't trade.

There are four ways to obtain Shiny Pokemon: Trade, an Action Replay Code, Eggs, or in the Wild. Since you can't trade, you'll have to do one of the other ways.
Finding Pokemon in the Wild is very difficult, since the odds on a Pokemon being Shiny is 1 in 8,000.
You can hatch Eggs, but the chances of the Pokemon being Shiny is 1 in 8,000, unless you use the Masuda Method. Like you said, the Masuda Method increases the odds of a Pokemon being Shiny when it comes to Eggs. If you put a Pokemon from your game in the Daycare with a Pokemon of the same Egg Group from a different country, you're doing the Masuda Method.
It would seems that the Masuda Method is your best option.
Hope this helps!
