No code can create data, only modify existing data. There is no data for Mewthree because it doesn't exist, it isn't a pokemon. There is no data for a GS Ball because the GS Ball ONLY appeared as an item in Crystal versions, and even then only Japanese Crystal versions ever had access.
In short, your code request is impossible.
