Mew cannot be found in Pokemon SoulSilver. The only ways to obtain one are by Trade, Migration, or an Action Replay Code.

You breed a Mew two (that you get at the end of cuerlen cave) with a ditto thats how I got mine

The only way is if you get a cheat thing, like Action Replay or something. I've also tried everything to get a Mew; nothing worked. :/

someone told me that one way to get a mew is to go to the burned tower while suicune raicoe and entei are still in it go to the bottom right corner inbetwene the pillar and the wall and run around like a crazed maniac you will get into a fight with a wild Pokémon its MEW then catch it. (P.S it worked)
