Question for Pokemon Soul Silver

Is there any AR Code (US) to STOP Pokémon from being shiny?

A friend of mine got to play my SOul Silver for a while, and for some reason decided to make EVERY SINGLE Pokémon in my boxes shiny. Is there any code to make them all normal again? I'd prefer my game to look as legit as possible, y'know?
