Question for Pokemon Soul Silver
According to my Soul Silver Pocket Pokedex, Ralts appears on Route 34 during 'mass outbreak.' Does anyone happen to know what day and/or time the mass outbreak occurs for Ralts?

Theres really no set date for the outbreaks. Every day you theres a different Pokemon outbreak, to get Ralts you just need to keep checking and hope theres a outbreak soon.

Mass outbreaks are random. Listen to Oak's radio show each day. Eventually Raltz will be the Pokemon.
